Current responsibility

Frank is a benefits analyst with the New York office of Milliman. He joined the firm in 2001.

As a member of Milliman’s group benefits consulting team, Frank provides consulting and analytical support to benefit consultants and consulting actuaries in the Group Benefits practice. His current clients include corporate, public, and Taft-Hartley groups.

Frank's responsibilities include marketing of employee benefit plans and analysis of carrier proposals; conducting benefit program evaluation studies; actuarial projections of expected future benefit plan costs; reserve calculations for incurred but not reported claims; contribution rate calculations for multiemployer plans; COBRA rate calculations and COBRA compliance; benefit plan renewal analysis and carrier negotiations; and summary plan description design and compliance.
 

Experience

Frank has more than 14 years of experience in the group insurance industry. Prior to joining Milliman, he was employed as a senior underwriter/account manager with a local third-party administrator. He also spent many years with a major national insurance carrier, where he served as a senior underwriter in the Group Department.
