Kathi is a leader in research and analysis of veteran data. Using the Veterans Administration's experience data, she has worked extensively to quantify the ways that the veteran population differs from the average population-in demographics, morbidity, healthcare choices, and behavior and location-and the way these differences influence the utilization, delivery, and costs of their healthcare.
Kathi has expertise in a wide range of health-related programs. She has advised clients regarding commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, VA, USFHP, and other government program medical benefits. She assists clients with benefit design, pricing, healthcare cost projections, rate filings, reserve adequacy analysis, and experience analysis. Her clients have included insurance companies, hospitals, Blue Cross/Blue Shield organizations, governments, physician groups, and HMOs.
