Current responsibility

Yasmin is an actuary in the Houston office of Milliman. She joined the firm in 1990.
 

Experience

Yasmin's area of expertise is in the life and health insurance fields. She has managed numerous projects relating to the design and pricing of individual and group life and health insurance products, the valuation of liabilities, and the projection of financial operations. Clients include both private and public employee benefits plan sponsors, insurance companies, governmental entities, HMOs and PPOs. In addition, Yasmin performed financial analyses, valuation of liabilities, and financial projections for a public health insurance (Medicaid) program. She is also involved with the preparation of actuarial opinion letters and actuarial memorandums for several clients.

Yasmin served on the Program Committee for the Actuaries' Club of the Southwest.
