Additionally, he has analyzed the impact of state small-group regulations and prepared the required actuarial certifications. He has designed and implemented financial monitoring programs for traditional and managed healthcare organizations. Larry has calculated and recommended reserve levels for a wide variety of health plans. He has also assisted hospital and physician groups in establishing capitation levels and risk-sharing mechanisms for commercial and government products. In addition, Larry has experience in designing and establishing premium rates for long-term care products.
