Experience
Robert's expertise resides in healthcare, including large and small group pricing, actuarial aspects of Medicare Advantage and Part D plans and bidding, reserving, risk selection, plan design, and predictive modeling. His experience includes designing reserving systems, pricing/underwriting applications, and predictive modeling systems, as well as completing core actuarial studies.
Robert has worked with various products, including HMOs, PPOs, consumer-driven healthcare plans, and indemnity plans. This experience involved a range of provider contracting arrangements, from capitation to fee for service to rented networks and joint ventures.Education
