Current responsibility

Bill is a principal and consulting actuary with the Milwaukee office of Milliman. He joined the firm in 1986.
 

Experience

Bill's area of expertise is managed healthcare programs. He has assisted health maintenance organizations, physician-hospital organizations, Blue Cross/Blue Shield plans, and other managed care organizations in areas of plan design, healthcare management strategies, provider reimbursement, experience analysis, capitation and risk sharing, liability estimation, and contract review. Bill has experience in commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid programs. Bill also has considerable expertise in prescription drug programs, having worked with prescription benefit management companies in areas of cost management, benefit design, and experience analysis.
