Experience
Timothy joined Milliman through a predecessor firm in 1999 and has taken on a number of increasingly responsible roles over his tenure with the company. His responsibilities include conducting asset allocation studies, developing investment policy statements, directing manager search projects, and conducting due diligence research on investment managers.
In addition to these duties, Timothy also is involved in the analysis of investment managers' portfolio characteristics and the analysis of total fund performance attribution. He prepares quarterly investment reports and regularly meets with clients.Affiliations
