Doug's areas of expertise are both managed and traditional healthcare programs. He has assisted clients with product development, provider reimbursement and risk sharing arrangements, experience analysis, rating and underwriting, liability estimation, and actuarial projections. He frequently works with clients in the consumer directed market.
