Current responsibility

Bart is a consulting actuary in Milliman's Dallas office. He has spent most of his 20 years of experience working with Fortune 200 companies as retirement adviser and account manager. Bart joined the firm in 2003.

Bart has led and managed compensation and benefit post-merger integration in multi-billion-dollar acquisitions and helped develop and execute new total retirement programs. He has also led asset allocation and investment policy development projects for pension and retiree medical plans and managed human resource due diligence efforts. In addition, Bart has developed innovative financial value ideas in the retirement benefits area and participated in benefits-based liability management, company development, administration, and ongoing valuation.
 

Experience

Before joining Milliman, Bart was a partner at Ernst & Young for 11 years and partnered at Mercer prior to that. His most recent experience has been in the energy, telecommunications, and financial services industries.
