Arthur's area of expertise is the employee benefits field, serving a wide range of corporate, multiemployer, and public sector clients. He has experience with many aspects of defined benefit plans and retiree medical plans, including actuarial valuations, experience studies, government filings, financial reporting, pension administration, and individual benefit calculations.
