Bill is a Principal and Consulting Actuary with the Philadelphia office of Milliman. He joined the firm in 1983.
 

Experience

While the majority of his work relates to defined benefit pension plans and prepaid tuition plans, Bill also has extensive experience in health insurance plans covering retirees. He specializes in asset/liability studies for pension plans and prepaid tuition programs to estimate the effect on program costs and funded status of alternative asset allocations under varying economic scenarios.
