Vincent has experience in reserving, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activity, and capital assessment. His experience includes the following:

• Setting and monitoring claims reserves for one of the biggest general insurance companies in the UK for both commercial and personal lines.
• Providing an actuarial reserving service to a wide variety of insurance operations, including Lloyd's syndicates, commercial lines insurers, and personal lines insurers.
• Assisting in a recent project involving a full actuarial due diligence of two motor insurers operating in the UK.
• Managing the pricing review of pets and travel accounts.
• Designing, parameterizing, and running the Individual Capital Assessment (ICA) model for Lloyd's syndicate and insurance companies.
• Running Solvency II QIS5 valuations for several clients.

Before joining Milliman, Vincent was:

• A reserving assistant at AXA-Insurance (UK) (2003-2007)
• A pricing manager at AXA-Insurance (UK) for personal lines non motor (2007-2008)
