Tom works on projects involving ratemaking, loss reserving, and reinsurance. The clients he serves include insurance companies, reinsurance companies, and legislative and regulatory bodies.

Tom specializes in the review of liabilities for large financial services firms. He has led the analyses of some of the largest property and casualty insurers and reinsurers in the world. This work has provided him with a unique perspective on many segments of the insurance and reinsurance market.
