Experience
Tom works on projects involving ratemaking, loss reserving, and reinsurance. The clients he serves include insurance companies and reinsurance companies and legislative/regulatory bodies.
Prior to joining Milliman, Tom spent eight years with ISO in the personal lines actuarial division and was a member of the Personal Lines Strategic Task Force. Personal property responsibilities included supervising rate level filings and data reviews; compiling trend, loss development, cause of loss, and excess loss circulars; and developing expanded statistical plans and new report systems. Tom also assisted in the implementation of a hurricane model into the ISO ratemaking procedure and was involved in the development of the ISO BCEGS credits for Florida.Education
