Current responsibility

Hor-Fay is a principal and consulting actuary with the West Paterson, New Jersey, office of Milliman. She joined the firm in 1982.
 

Experience

Hor-Fay has over 20 years of experience with various aspects of employee benefit plans, most recently as senior vice president with Sedgwick Noble Lowndes prior to Milliman's acquisition of the practice. She provides independent professional advice for all types of retirement and executive compensation programs. Hor-Fay acts as account executive and consulting actuary on employee benefit programs to corporations, not-for-profit organizations, multiemployer funds, municipalities, and professional groups. She has expertise in retirement planning and taxation, plan design, legal and technical requirements, funding alternatives, and actuarial analysis.
