Jean Smith - Principal, Employee Benefits Consultant


Current responsibility

Jean Smith is a principal and consultant in the Defined Benefit Administration Services group in the Woodland Park, N.J., office of Milliman. She joined the firm in 2004. Jean is responsible for the development and delivery of defined benefit administration services to clients, overseeing all functions of workflow management, including implementation and conversion, data management, forms processing, pension calculations, payee administration, and client services.
 

Experience

Jean is a skilled project manager with more than 25 years of experience. She has managed projects ranging from implementation of defined benefit pension software systems and related software support to annual pension valuations, plan design studies, executive benefit plans, and defined benefit administration.

Prior to joining Milliman, Jean worked for another major consulting firm in a similar capacity.
