Current responsibility

Lee is a principal and consulting actuary with the Milwaukee office of Milliman. He joined the firm in 1983.
 

Experience

Lee's primary area of expertise is retirement plans. He has directed client projects in the areas of plan design, funding, experience analysis, nondiscrimination testing, benefit studies, plan terminations, and other areas of financial management relating to retirement programs.

Lee was also primarily responsible for the development of Milliman's popular retirement plan communication/administration system, the Milliman Actuarial Retirement Calculator (MARC).

Lee has served on the society of Actuaries' Education and Examination Committee. 

 

Presentations and publications

Lee has been an instructor for the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) classes at Marquette University and the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans. He is a frequent speaker on retirement plan topics.
