Peter is a principal with the Portland, Oregon, office of Milliman.  He joined the firm in 1980.

Peter's area of emphasis is defined benefit pension plans, including negotiated and Taft-Hartley plans, government plans, plans sponsored by tax-exempt corporations, and plans sponsored by for-profit companies.  He has provided clients with service in the following areas:
