Experience
An expert in the area of employee retirement benefit programs, Mark's consulting activities primarily focus on the design, communication, implementation, administration, and funding of a wide range of retirement benefit programs, including traditional pension plans, hybrid plans, profit sharing plans, 401(k) plans, and ESOPs.
Mark is actively involved in planning for the future development and implementation of firmwide computer support systems (hardware, software, and technical support) in the employee benefits area. He was an instrumental member of the software development team that designed Milliman's valuation and administration system and transactional-based recordkeeping system.
Mark served on Milliman's Board of Directors for four years and was the firm's National Practice Director of Retirement Plans for three years.
