Roeleke has performed a wide range of actuarial consulting missions for a variety of clients, mainly major Dutch insurers. She advises clients in the areas of statutory reserving, including liability adequacy testing, valuations, and risk management.

Among her other responsibilities, in non-life she was project leader in developing a risk- based capital model for Property & Casualty insurance, and was involved in all aspects of the project including data investigations, analyzing historical experience and fitting appropriate probability distributions, interpreting catastrophe simulations, running the stochastic modeling software and communicating the results of the project.
