Current responsibility

Craig directs the Pension Administration Services (PAS) group of Milliman's Dallas office. As leader of the group, he is responsible for the development and delivery of defined benefit administration services, overseeing all functions, including implementation/conversion, data management, forms processing, pension calculations, payee administration, and client services. Craig joined the firm in 2003.
 

Experience

Craig brings more than 11 years of experience working with actuarial-based projects ranging from pension and insurance valuations to developing complex pension administration valuation and process workflow management systems. His extensive background combines a unique ability to understand the business objectives of the human resource benefits administration function with a solid knowledge of technology and project management.
