John provides administrative and technical support to defined contribution (DC) clients while working on a variety of special projects for Milliman's Compliance and Recordkeeping Services Department. John coordinates the conversion of new plans to the Milliman recordkeeping system handling the data reconciliation, system preparation, and asset transfer. He also acts as a primary contact for DC clients in the administration and recordkeeping process.
John also works as an analyst on the Albany investment team and has assisted in the development of investment analytic and reporting systems.
John has a detailed knowledge and understanding of many industry standard database and recordkeeping systems and has developed a number of Milliman proprietary database and recordkeeping systems used to complement systems by TrustMark and Corbel.
He is currently working toward the American Society of Pension Actuaries Qualified Pension Administrator designation.
