Su Meng Lee

Su Meng specializes in life insurance mergers and acquisitions, securitization transactions, and financial reporting. Her professional experience includes extensive work on evaluation of life and annuity business in actuarial appraisals, due diligence, and cash flow testing. She also participates in corporate modeling projects involving capital requirements, embedded value, and stochastic modeling of guaranteed benefits.

Su Meng currently leads the Milliman Bermuda office and has a long track record in supporting Milliman’s M&A practice, including offering strategic advice to clients on the opportunities that Bermuda offers in conjunction with any particular transaction. She helps clients navigate Bermuda-related reserve and capital issues and in evaluating, establishing, and managing new entities. In addition, she has also supported Approved Actuaries for active Bermudian commercial insurers/reinsurers in the last few years.
