Kit is an experienced healthcare data scientist with an actuarial background. In his seven years with Milliman, Kit has established himself as a subject matter expert related to healthcare predictive analytics, applied statistical and machine learning data pipelines, provider contracting, and Medicare Advantage bid development with an emphasis on Part C. Kit also has experience with the following:

• Risk-weight development and relative morbidity scoring for government entities
• Nationwide mental-health program assessments, network design, cost and utilization projections and support
• Return-on-investment, effectiveness evaluations, and program design for numerous start-up and established health technology entities
• Stochastic modeling for value-based payment design evaluations
• Estimation of Incurred But Not Reported (IBNR) claim liabilities
• Familiarity with ACA Exchange rate bids and the state filing process
