Annie is a Principal in the Milliman San Diego office. She joined Milliman in 2011. She is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries.

Experience

Annie has worked with a variety of different health care clients, including health plans in the Affordable Care Act (ACA) marketplace, Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug (MAPD) plans, Prescription Drug Plans (PDPs), health systems, provider groups, employer groups, and government health programs.

She has assisted numerous health plans with multiple lines of business and in various states. Her engagements include but not limited to financial planning, strategic design of new plans/new products, rate development, and form filings.

Annie works with health systems, Accountable Care Organizations, provider groups, and nonprofit organizations on a variety of projects. Her expertise includes contract evaluation, financial projection, tool development, and program assessment.

She conducts reserve analysis and certifies the Statement of Actuarial Opinions for health plans.
