Without reliable, quantitative guidance, employees could make benefit selection decisions that don’t meet their needs.
Health Plan Assist® (HPA) is an innovative, web-based product that educates employees about the financial aspect of the benefit selection process. Each HPA user is provided a customized estimate of out-of-pocket and premium cost for medical, dental, and vision plans available to them through their employer.
