Julia Friedman is a principal and consulting actuary with the Milwaukee office of Milliman. She joined the firm in 2010.

As a Principal & Consulting Actuary at Milliman, clients entrust Julia and her team to help them protect the health and financial well-being of their people. Doing this meaningful work is the heart of Milliman's mission. Julia has over 16 years of experience, partnering with a range of healthcare organizations-including health plans, Medicare Advantage/Part D, Managed Medicaid, provider systems, union groups, and organizations in the investment space. Each of her clients partners with Julia and Milliman to provide strategic actuarial and market insights that support them in better understanding the financial and long-term impacts of the ever-changing Medicare Advantage landscape.
