Brian has been heavily involved in various aspects of the retiree health insurance marketplace. Recently, he has assisted several carriers with submission of Medicare Advantage bids, supported the development of Milliman’s national Medicare Advantage pricing tool, supported the development of the Milliman Ages 65 and Over Health Cost Guidelines, and assisted valuations for OPEB health benefits.

Brian has a background in health insurance pricing, focusing on both small and large employer groups, as well as Medicare Advantage.
