Kenneth’s expertise is in the group and individual commercial health markets. He has assisted multiple clients in pricing Affordable Care Act (ACA) individual and small group products every year since the inception of the ACA. He has experience in reserving products in all commercial markets and has developed large group filings.

Kenneth’s other knowledge and experience includes helping clients improve risk adjustment returns, assisting with premium deficiency reserves and year-end statements, and developing innovative benefit solutions for new plans.
