Teresa's primary consulting focus includes Medicaid healthcare financing and population programs. She has developed expertise in providing consulting services related to budget and population forecasts, long-term financial analysis, and new program initiatives, as well as 1915(c) waiver filings and cost-effectiveness calculations for the Developmentally Disabled, Aged and Disabled, Medically Fragile Children, and Seriously Emotionally Disturbed Children waivers.
