Alicia Detwiler

Alicia has provided service in various aspects of the DB outsourcing group. She has been responsible for transitioning new clients to the outsourcing group as well as maintaining current clients. Alicia is also actively involved in other facets of technical and client support, including:

• Developing automated reports for participant communication
• Interfacing with Access and SQL databases to provide pension information
• Handling a variety of tasks pertaining to the daily administration of clients
• Creating calculation spreadsheets to handle special case scenarios
