Michael’s areas of expertise are property and casualty insurance, including ratemaking statistics, predictive modeling, loss reserving, and stochastic analyses of reserve variability. He has extensive experience in commercial lines, including workers’ compensation, professional liability, general liability and auto liability.
He also has extensive experience analyzing mortgage insurance risk as it relates to domestic and international reserves, reinsurance, and state housing finance agencies. His background includes consulting assignments for most of the nation’s private mortgage insurers, several small public mortgage insurers, financial guaranty insurers, as well as several government agencies.
