As a relationship manager, Darlene is the main point of contact for clients. Her work experience has encompassed providing consulting and service to clients in the defined benefit and defined contribution plan designs. Partnering with her clients in a consultative approach, she guides clients through the intricacies of design, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing administration of various types of employee benefit plans. This includes profit sharing, 401(k), ESOP, 403(b), 457, qualified and nonqualified defined benefit plans.
Darlene has worked in the financial services industry since 1997.
Within the industry, she has worked directly with executives, directors, and human resource teams designing retirement plans, implementing new and takeover plans, and providing the ongoing service of those plans.
