Alfred advises life insurers on actuarial, financial reporting, capital management, hedging, business planning and strategic matters, having overseen managed services programs covering these functions for US and Bermuda clients. He specializes in mergers & acquisitions and reinsurance of annuity business and has performed actuarial appraisals totaling more than USD 600 billion in assets under management.

Drawing on extensive experience leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex, cross-functional projects, Alfred leads the overall development of Milliman ALM & SAA Solution, a cloud-based asset/liability management and liability-aware strategic asset allocation solution designed for life (re)insurers and their investment partners. The solution connects investment strategies to broader and forward-looking balance sheet objectives, enabling more informed, value-oriented decisions.
