
Bob Baker
Bob Baker is a client relations manager in the Milliman Employee Benefits Administration and Consulting Practice. He is responsible for the delivery of all facets of defined benefit administration services to his plan sponsor clients and their participants. In addition to the delivery of administrative services, Bob performs and reviews benefit calculations, responds to client and participant inquiries, and interacts with third-party vendors. He works diligently to strengthen his skills while maintaining strong relationships with clients and participants by providing excellent client service. He joined Milliman in 2006.
Experience
Bob has worked in pension administration since 2000 and brings clients extensive experience in all types of retirement plans, such as qualified and non-qualified pension plans, 401(k) plans, cash balance, multiemployer, and public plans. His background includes positions in pension, corporate, and multiemployer roles. He has additional expertise in defined benefit outsourcing, implementations, benefit projections, and floor offset plans.
