Joseph works primarily with group and individual life and annuity products, focusing on initial product development, the drafting of contracts and associated forms, and the implementation of filing strategies to ensure a quick and smooth entry into the market. Additionally, he can advise carriers regarding what they should consider after state approval of the policy forms themselves, including suitability requirements, additional disclosures, and other operational matters with regard to the administration of their new products.

In addition to working in the life market, Joseph often helps carriers address their licensing needs, whether they are expanding into a new state/line of business or dealing with other corporate changes. He is also able to assist with various supplemental health insurance products (hospital indemnity, DVH, accident, etc.) and can provide extensive research concerning the life and supplemental health markets.
