Liz Davio

Liz’s areas of expertise include:

• Performing ratemaking for personal auto and homeowners, as well as commercial residential programs in a variety of states. Her work includes developing rate level indications, conducting competitor research, developing market baskets, and performing class factor analyses. For catastrophe-prone areas her work also includes the evaluation and use of catastrophe models and necessary reinsurance inclusions.
• Preparing regulatory filings for submission to state insurance departments and responding to the concerns of the regulators, with a focus on Florida.
• Developing new programs with thorough competitive research, by-peril rating plan buildout, and knowledge of cutting-edge programs and products.
• Developing exhibits to estimate ultimate loss and loss adjustment expense reserves for personal lines programs.

Prior to joining Milliman, Liz was the Senior Actuarial Analyst at Centauri Specialty Insurance. She managed several states’ rate indications, analyzed rate level needs, and developed and maintained internal reports to monitor and address profitability and stability concerns.
