Mat DeLillo
Mat DeLillo is a principal and senior healthcare consultant with the Indianapolis office of Milliman. He joined the firm in 2012.
Experience
Mat’s primary expertise involves projects in the public sector healthcare marketplace. Mat has been the project manager for the Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) since 2014. Prior to Milliman, Mat was the Budget Director for the Indiana Medicaid program and held various financial roles at Magellan Health.
While at the State of Indiana, Mat oversaw all of the financial and data needs for the Medicaid department, which included day-to-day supervision of the actuarial contractor and data warehouse vendor.
With a finance background, Mat demonstrates analytical acumen coupled with strong understanding of policy, operations, and strategy. While at Magellan Health, Mat had varied experience in the areas of finance, operations, new product development, and broad strategy development. Much of this experience was in the public sector behavioral health business segment.
