Christine M. Fleming
Christine is a principal and leads Milliman's Property and Casualty Claims Management department. She joined the firm in 1996.
Experience
Prior to joining Milliman, Christine practiced law at a national insurance coverage defense firm where she specialized in complex litigation claims handling. She came to Milliman with a strong background in property-casualty insurance claims.
Since joining Milliman, Christine's area of expertise focuses on liability and workers compensation claims operational assessments, including case reserving and best claims-handling practices.
Christine has extensive experience conducting liability and workers compensation claim reviews, evaluating organizational structure, automated claims systems, data management, vendor utilization, and management controls and processes. She is heavily involved in the implementation of claims operational best practices and cost-savings measures. Christine has extensive experience evaluating liability and workers compensation claims operations in all jurisdictions in the United States, as well as foreign territories, including Canada, England, France, Bermuda, Jamaica, and Ireland.
She has published and presented extensively in her field of expertise. Her clients include large self-insureds, insurers, reinsurers, governmental agencies and municipalities, captives, and risk retention groups.
