Experience
Chris has 20 years of broad industry experience in banking, insurance, and consulting. His international experience spans work in Zurich, London, Athens, Moscow, and New York. His areas of expertise include:
- Designing ERM frameworks, assessments, and conducting governance
- Preparing for regulatory supervision (FRB, OCC) and conducting regulatory remediation
- Designing Integrated FP&A frameworks
- Managing complex projects, including leading large teams and interfacing with separately managed account (SMA) executive stakeholders
The practice delivers a portfolio of risk consulting services, such as enterprise risk design, test and build projects, operational risk assessments, enterprise risk management (ERM) education and training, and ERM technology evaluation. The RAS practice uses diagnostic consulting strategies to understand an organization’s enterprise risk goals and challenges and then customizes solutions to deliver required business results. Current software solutions include MillimanGRC and the Adaero risk modeling platform.
Prior to joining Milliman, Chris served for eight years as a senior manager in Ernst and Young’s Enterprise Risk Services (ERS) practice serving banking and insurance clients. Previously, he also worked at UBS, Renaissance Capital, ABN Amro, Frank Russell Securities, and AIG.
