Brian’s area of expertise is in OPEB plans. He specializes in valuations, including FASB and GASB valuations, and developing OPEB health assumptions. Brian also assists in internal reviews and audits of Milliman's largest OPEB clients.

Brian has presented continuing education on OPEB topics at Milliman's annual Employee Benefits Consultants Forum, and published an article for Milliman's Dear Actuary series.
