Experience

Kris began in the retirement industry in 2006. Her expertise is in defined benefit administration with a focus on excellent customer service. Kris has experience with many different types of defined benefit plans including traditional plans, rate time service plans, cash balance plans, non-ERISA plans, and non-qualified plans.

She also consults with clients regarding the implementation of ongoing defined benefit administration services, maintenance, and process improvements. She has also had experience with assisting plans in the correction of compliance issues, plan terminations, and assisting with special projects and plan amendment changes.

Prior to joining Milliman, Kris worked in the defined benefit area at J. P. Morgan Retirement Plan Services and Hewitt Associates.
