Stefany Ross

Stefany leverages over a decade of experience in healthcare operations, strategy, and system transformation to support clients in evaluating strategic programs, developing initiatives, and implementing operational plans aligned with organizational goals. Stefany partners predominately with provider and payer clients to translate complex operational and financial challenges into clear, actionable recommendations that drive improved patient or member outcomes and organizational performance. In addition, Stefany has expertise with the cultural and change management components of enterprise level healthcare transformation.

Prior to Milliman, Stefany held an executive leadership role in system enterprise operations at Indiana University Health. She also has experience at The Ohio State University Health Plan and University of Colorado Health.
