John Paul Augeri
John-Paul Augeri (JP) is the Managing Director and Global EB Consulting Leader at Milliman.
Experience
JP joined Milliman in July 2020 to lead the Global Employee Benefits Consulting Practice, in partnership with MBWL. He has over 20 years’ experience helping multinational clients to design, deliver, and manage programs globally across pensions, benefits, and M&A. He specializes in solving complex global issues, and delivering value and innovation to multinationals and their employees.
His expertise include global pensions and benefits; M&A; Board Chair and senior advisor; UK Trustee; funding, investment and derisking strategies; change management; total rewards and employee experience; global client management; and business development.
Prior to joining Milliman/MBWL, JP led the global services and solutions business for Willis Towers Watson in New York. His client work focused on global strategy and management of programs for large multinationals, and leading multi-country M&A due diligence and integration projects. He also played a significant role in national and regional leadership teams, led initiatives on global client relationship management, Inclusion and Diversity, thought leadership, and sales and marketing. He is a frequent external speaker and helped lead several client roundtables.
Previously JP worked in London for Willis Towers Watson. From 2011 to 2017 he was a Global Client Relationship Director, advising a number of the firm’s largest global clients across all human capital and risk management issues. In 2010, JP was acting VP Compensation & Benefits EMEA for American Express, working directly for the Global Head of Compensation & Benefits and the International Head of HR. Prior to 2010, JP was a Principal with Towers Perrin in London, with a strong focus on growing client relationships and advising on UK and global retirement design, de-risking, funding, investment, and governance.
He has lived and worked in the US, UK, Germany, and Austria.
