Prior to joining Milliman, Melanie was a senior actuarial analyst at Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company where she focused primarily on the pricing of personal auto in California, Oregon, and Nevada. She also led efforts to streamline and improve consistency of the auto product rating process through template development and implementation of new rating systems.
