Dirk Dallas

Dirk is a leader in the prescription drug space. His areas of expertise include the pharmacy supply chain, Pharmacy Benefit Manger (PBM) contractual analyses, PBM pricing strategies, pharmacy network arrangements, and rebate analytics. Since joining Milliman, Dirk has performed work for a variety of different clients in several areas, including PBMs, pharmacies, manufacturers, group purchasing organizations, large employers and coalitions, trusts, and state-based exchanges. His experience includes:

• Pharmacy claims analytics and forecasting
• PBM requests for proposals (RFP) and market checks
• Rebate forecasting and benchmarking
• Formulary optimization
• Pharmacy network optimization and evaluation
• Pharmacy product development
• Payer contract evaluation and reconciliation support
• Expected utilization and cost benchmarks development for commercial populations
• Group pricing and rate filings

Prior to joining Milliman, Dirk was a personal lines underwriter for a property and casualty insurance broker.
