Experience
Dave's experience as a healthcare consultant includes pricing and rate filing in the individual market, claims reserving, and provider contract analysis and negotiation support. Recent projects include:
- ACA Exchange rate filings in the individual market
- Provider contracting support
- Population health management analysis
- Year-end statements of actuarial opinion
- Estimation of health plan reserves
Prior to joining Milliman, Dave gained experience at a health plan in commercial pricing and filing, reserving, corporate financial projections, health care economics, and clinical informatics.
