Kyle Hughes
Kyle Hughes is a principal and national sales leader for the Milliman Employee Benefits Administration and Consulting Practice. His primary area of focus is leading the sales and marketing team to build strategic relationships with institutional retirement plan consultants and advisors with the goal of achieving the best possible outcomes for plan sponsors and their employees. Kyle joined Milliman in 2007.
Experience
Kyle has worked in the retirement industry since 1998, focused exclusively on the institutional market. He has extensive experience in defined contribution, defined benefit, nonqualified, and health and welfare plans, working with corporate, healthcare, and nonprofit organizations. His areas of expertise are in plan design, compliance, communication, consulting, administration, investment advisory services, and client and advisor relationship management. Kyle is passionate about providing unbiased, flexible solutions that support plan sponsors and help their employees achieve healthy financial outcomes.
Prior to joining Milliman, Kyle spent his early career gaining experience at Fidelity Investments, Merrill Lynch, and Regions Trust.
