
John Motta
John Motta is a DC implementation consultant with Milliman's Employee Benefits Administration and Consulting Practice in Dallas. His day-to-day focus is on project management. He is the primary point of contact for conversion projects and systems management. John is responsible for all aspects of plan system changes in order to match individual plan needs with participant data and for converting participant data to Milliman systems. He joined the firm and the industry in 2000.
Experience
John has many years of experience working on DC retirement plans and has spent the majority of those years working on DC implementation and system implementation projects. Projects include new business, individual plan changes and enhancements, and DC system changes and enhancements. John also has experience writing system requirements, coordinating and participating in system user acceptance testing, and writing system documentation and procedural documents. He has extensive history working on projects for large and small corporate clients, Taft-Hartley clients, non-qualified plans, and association plans, which include hundreds of plans operating under a single umbrella.
