
Dan Rueschhoff
Dan Rueschhoff is a principal and consulting actuary in the Seattle office of Milliman. He assists clients with valuation and financial planning activities, performs asset/liability matching analysis, and builds MG-ALFA® projection models. In addition, Dan has assisted clients with conversions of existing valuation platforms to MG-ALFA. Dan joined the firm in 2001.
Experience
While at Milliman, Dan has worked primarily on assisting domestic and foreign clients with financial reporting activities including appointed actuary support. He has also assisted clients with product pricing and mergers and acquisition projects.
Before joining Milliman, Dan worked as a valuation actuary for eight years. He performed Historic GAAP, Purchase GAAP, and tax and statutory valuations. He also performed cash-flow testing, embedded value, and business plan projections. He managed a valuation staff for a dynamic fast-growing insurance company.
