Rajish K. Sagoenie
Experience
Rajish serves as leader of the Employee Benefits (EB) practice in the Netherlands, Milliman's first EB practice in Europe.
He specializes in helping large clients and pension funds with issues such as plan design, funding, cost projection, valuation, solvency, risk management and execution of their pension plans in a volatile financial environment. Trained as an actuary and a consultant, most of his projects involve using his actuarial, financial and consulting perspective to solve pension problems with practical solutions.
Rajish has in-depth and actual knowledge of the pension market in which he works, including regulatory and financial areas. This helps him to create innovative client solutions.
Within the client practice, Rajish's main focus is consulting to the boards of pension funds and serving as the appointed actuary for several other pension funds. He also operates as a consulting actuary for corporate clients, insurance companies and unions.
